This policy complies with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986.

Your statutory rights under New Zealand law are not affected by this policy. If a product fails to meet the consumer guarantees set out in the Consumer Guarantees Act, you may be entitled to a remedy regardless of this policy.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be made within 30 days of receiving the product.
  • The product must be unopened and in its original, sealed packaging.
  • The product must be in its original condition, without signs of damage caused by the customer.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt).

3. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or where the seal has been broken.
  • Products that have been damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper storage by the customer.
  • Products returned after the 30-day return window has passed (unless the product is faulty or does not meet consumer guarantees).

4. Faulty or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged during shipping, or does not match what was ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. In these cases:

  • We will arrange a return at no cost to you.
  • You may choose a full refund or a replacement product.
  • We may request photographs of the damaged product and packaging for our records.

Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, if a product fails to meet any of the statutory guarantees, you are entitled to a remedy. For major failures, you may choose a refund or replacement. For minor failures, we may choose to repair, replace, or refund the product.

5. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Once authorised, package the product securely in its original packaging and send it to the address provided in the return instructions.
  4. Include all original materials and a copy of your order confirmation or receipt.

Please do not send products back without first contacting us and receiving return authorisation.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Change of mind returns: the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Faulty or damaged products: we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Incorrect products received: we will cover the return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns, as we cannot be responsible for products lost in transit.

7. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the status of your refund via email.

  • Approved refunds: will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Declined refunds: if the product does not meet return eligibility criteria, we will contact you to discuss options. The product may be returned to you at your expense.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and reflect the refund in your account.

8. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your bank statement or account again, as processing times may vary.
  2. Contact your bank or credit card provider, as it may take additional time for the refund to appear.
  3. If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at infocenter@praxylondrklix.world and we will investigate.

10. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests, but once an order has been dispatched, it will need to be processed as a return.

11. Consumer Rights Under NZ Law

Nothing in this Return Policy limits or excludes your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the Fair Trading Act 1986, or the Contract and Commercial Law Act 2017. These Acts provide protections that cannot be contracted out of, including guarantees that products are of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and match their description.
